Colorado Portraits for my SIL
We recently returned from a wonderful family reunion in Estes Park, CO. We finally made it to Estes!! I was so anxious to go, I'd heard all about it for years but had NEVER been!! It was absolutely beautiful, even better to spend time together with family. Our kids were beyond excited as they counted down the days to our drive together. Yes, they looked forward to 12 hours (give or take some) in the car CO bound! We met up with GM & GP, along with cousins in Salina, KS (4 hours into our trip), and from there it was a matter or alternating kids in the respective vehicles. All in all it was a wonderful drive, smooth and with very little crying(NOTE: I did NOT say "NO" crying!). I've yet to go through all the images I came back with from our vacation, so I will post those when I go through them all! However, while in CO, I was asked to tackle a family photo--yes, that's right a family photo, 6 adults, 10 children, I was to be included in the pictures, and a location with which I was unfamiliar.
I welcomed the challenge, and I think the images turned out decent. I had fun and always enjoy taking pictures...that's the bottom line after all.
These are the ones for my SIL :). Enjoy! More of the family to come as they are processed...
